Rog and Jack have been working together since 2000, collaborating on community radio projects, club nights and FM RSLs for festivals. Both went on to work as broadcast engineers for Global Radio (formally GCap Media) and continued into production and programming roles.

After cutting their teeth at commercial radio stations both in Melbourne and Cardiff, they moved to London and founded All Four Sides. With a decade of experience in program production, audio imaging and studio engineering they continue to create consistently sharp and original content, amid ever-changing media technologies.

As a Broadcast Engineer, Jack organised outside broadcasts for distribution across national radio networks and managed technical installations for the launch of new stations. He was a Specialist Program Producer for XFM South Wales, and since moving to London continues to produce for Classic FM and BBC 1Xtra, working alongside world-class DJs and presenters.

From engineering and mastering through to production and presenting, Rog has developed skills in every area of broadcasting. His fundamental knowledge of audio production stems from working with an array of international brands, from creating imaging for Kiss LA, to building the Australian national chart show, and producing content for BBC 6Music.
